CHECK-IN /CHECK OUT

How early can I access the building and receive deliveries?

Building access begins at 10am. Deliveries can only be made within your scheduled rental period. Early drop-off and late pickup are not allowed.

Can I go pass midnight?

We allow additional hours for $100/per hour till 3am. Meaning you must be cleaned and cleared out the facility by 3am. Any additional add cost will be deducted from your security deposit. 

How do we access the building?

When your rental is confirmed, you will receive a personal access code that will allow you to unlock the front door of the venue. The code is only active during your scheduled booking. You will only have access to the side door once you enter. The side door will automatically lock.

TOURS

Self-Access (unattended)

Tour the venue for a walkthrough to preview the accommodations we offer at Party Vibes. You will be able to access the venue alone, without a venue representative. You will gain access to the venue with a personal entry code that is only active during your scheduled tour window.

Please be respectful of others while viewing the venue. To ensure the privacy of each tour, every tour must end in 30 mins.

CLEANING

Do I have to clean up after my event?

Yes, you are required to return the venue to its original clean condition. View the cleaning guide  for all the details. If you don’t want to do any cleanup after your event, you can add the cleaning fee to your rental upon checkout.


CLEANING FEE- $350

At the end of your party, who is going to ensure that the venue is cleaned thoroughly and that everything is spic and span?

We will cleanup after your event while you get to go home. You simply ensure there are no liquid spills on the floor, that all of your belongings and vendor items have been removed, then lock up. We take care of the rest. All items are discarded.

*You are responsible for removing all items that you or your vendors have mounted to any walls/backgrounds, and you are also responsible for breaking down any large props/décor such as balloon arches and ice sculptures.

Do we provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes, we have cleaning supplies stored in the kitchen area. Brooms/dustpans and mops can be found in the storage room. Trash Bags are under the kitchen sink.
